If any person commits any of the following acts, he shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act:-
(a) In case of consumption of prohibited drugs as per sub-section (1) of section 30,
(b) In case of taking prohibited drugs according to sub-section (2) of section 30,
(c) In case of match-fixing and irregularity in the match as per Section 31,
(d) In case of violation of the code of conduct under section 56,
(e) In case of discrimination or physical or mental violence among players on the basis of religion, caste, caste, gender, language, region or ideological belief,
(f) If false information is given and registered in the council according to section 26.
